Ihlamur konakları Project

Before construction began, the site of Ihlamur Konakları was a quiet, undeveloped lot tucked inside one of Küçükçekmece’s fast-growing residential areas. While the land was idle, its location held promise — peaceful surroundings, accessibility, and room to build upward. We envisioned something bold yet functional: a vertical residential community with the warmth of a home.

Construction of the 9-storey Ihlamur Konakları was a carefully managed journey of design and engineering. Our team focused on maximizing space, structural strength, and aesthetic appeal. As each floor rose, we ensured that natural light, ventilation, and privacy were embedded into the layout — creating a balanced environment for families, professionals, and modern urban dwellers alike.
