Project Overview
The site where Üçyıldız Konakları now stands was originally occupied by an old, deteriorating structure that had already been marked for demolition. The building was no longer fit for use, lacking both safety and modern appeal. We captured the demolition process on video to showcase the complete transformation — from teardown to a brand-new, vibrant residential development.
Design & Planning: Reimagining the Space
Once the land was cleared, our architects and engineers stepped in with fresh ideas. The design process focused on creating a modern, family-friendly living space with architectural elegance and practical comfort.

Brick by brick, glass panel by glass panel — Üçyıldız Konakları began to rise. We carefully selected materials that combined durability with beauty. Every feature, from the wood-accented facades to the landscaped paths, was chosen to reflect comfort, nature, and class.
What was once rubble became a home.
